Concerto (22 febbraio 2018 – ore 19.30) Il Direttore dell’Academia Belgica, Wouter Bracke, presenta Il Concerto dell’ Ensemble Fractales G. Ponte (pianoforte), M. Borgel (violino), D. Coutinho (violoncello), R. Kambarova (flauto traverso), B. Maneyrol (clarinetta) Data: 22/02/2018, ore 19.30 (RSVP: inviti) Fondato nel 2012 al Conservatorio reale di Bruxelles, Fractales è un collettivo internazionale con sede a Bruxelles di musicisti uniti dalla comune passione per l’arte contemporanea. Quintetto Pierrot specializzato in performance di musica da camera senza direttore, l’ensemble ha già molte creazioni al suo attivo. Dal 2012, il giovane gruppo emergente ha esplorato e condiviso la musique nouvelle con passione ed entusiasmo. Nell’ambito dell’Advanced Master in Contemporary Music, Fractales ha collaborato con gli Ensemble Ictus e Spectra presso il Conservatorio di Gand ed è stato anche istruito dall’Ensemble Recherche e dal Klangforum Wien. Specializzato prima di tutto in musica spettrale, Fractales ha ampliato il suo repertorio a tutti gli stili, e in particolare alla creazione, collaborando con giovani compositori al fine di spingere la nuova generazione musicale. Animato da questo spirito, Fractales organizza dei workshops e la residenza "Be Connect" in collaborazione con il Forum dei compositori. Giovane Ensemble emergente dalla scena europea, Fractales si è già esibito in numerosi festival e sale da concerto tra cui Les Nuits du Beau Tas, festival EuropArt, SMOG e festival Loop in Belgio; Summer of Sounds, Schoenberg Center, ISA e Impuls in Austria; 48° IMD Darmstadt in Germania; AFEKT Festival in Estonia; Contrapunkt Saint-Gallen in Svizzera; Turner Sims Concert Hall in Inghilterra e Tilliander nei Paesi Bassi.
